If your device does not have the labels noted above, you will not be allowed to use it during take-off, landing, and surface movements. This includes booster seats and other types of harnesses.
Infant amenities vary by aircraft. When you're on the airplane page, look for the Infant Amenity Icon. If it is present, clicking on it will tell you what infant services are available on that airplane. If you do not see it, infant amenities are not offered on that aircraft. You can always contact easyJet Airlines for more information. No lap children or infant seats are allowed in an exit row; in fact, all passengers in an exit row must be at least 15 years of age.
Babies can travel provided that they are at least 15 days old. Babies aged 14 days or younger cannot fly. If you wish to book an infant onto their own seat to make your journey more comfortable or for example if one adult is travelling with more than one infant under 2 , this cannot be done online.
Instead you will need to contact the Customer Service Team. Please speak with a member of the cabin crew if you are unsure at any time. If you are travelling with an infant or young child you can take up to 2 of the following items free of charge: travel cot, pushchair, double pushchairs, buggy, car seat, collapsible or non-collapsible pram, booster seat and baby back carrier. Only forward facing seats are allowed on board and the crew must be able to secure it safely to the aircraft seat.
CARES can be used for children who weigh between 10 and 20 kg 22 and 44 lbs and whose height is cm 40inches or less. They must also be able to sit upright unaided. This normally applies to children between the ages of 1 and 4. Please note, if you are bringing a CARES harness on-board and intend to book an allocated seat, this must be secured to a window seat and cannot be located in a row of seats which is either opposite or immediately in front or behind an emergency exit.
Please note that car seats and CARES harnesses are not provided by easyJet and customers are responsible for ensuring that any device brought on board is suitable for their child. GOTO seats can be used for children aged 12 months to 5 years old or 20kg, who have physical disabilities. We accept size 1 suitable for infants between the ages of 1 and 2 and size 2 suitable for children between the ages of 3 and 5.
