Good luck transferring rewards from Airtran to Southwest. It would be much easier if they just made one Airtran credit worth points. It would be much more straight forward to just use the Southwest point system.

Any idea how to transfer to Airtran now? It was confirmed by myself and others that the transfer tool was down last night. My luck when I go to look for it. I did transfer 19, pts to Airtran and then 16 credits back to SW and they did not automagically transform into a standard award. Not sure what now.
